In the rapidly evolving field of software development, project success is increasingly influenced by the choice of development methodology. Agile and Hybrid methodologies have emerged as dominant approaches, offering flexibility, adaptability, and improved stakeholder engagement compared to traditional models. This research paper analyzes the impact of Agile and Hybrid methodologies on software project success by examining factors such as delivery time, cost efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. The study employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches, including case studies and survey analysis, to identify trends and outcomes. The findings suggest that Agile methodologies significantly improve responsiveness to change, while Hybrid models provide a balanced approach suitable for complex and large-scale projects.
